The Company mentioned in the heading of this document (the „Company“) may temporarily store personal data of natural persons and such personal data use for different purposes. This statement is adressing any persons using any services of the Company.
The Company may store following information:
- your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number and permanent address;
- credit card information (type of card, card number, carholder name, expiration date and CVC code);
- information regarding the stay of the guest including the date of arrival and departure and the purpose of the stay; and
- information regarding your prefferences.
We store and use the personal data mainly for the performance of a contract (accommodation of our guest), fulfilling our legal obligations and for our legitimate interests. The personal data allows us to fulfill our obligations, also allows us to contact our guests if necessary and also use them for marketing purposes. We may provide personal data to third parties, but only for the purpose of processing them for our purposes (eg. reservation system providers, administrative support or accountants). Such parties shall always have access to personal data only to the extent strictly necessary for the provision of such services. The Company retains personal data only when it is necessary to fulfill our obligations and only for the time necessary to meet the purposes for which it was obtained. Once personal data is no longer needed, it will be removed from our records or properly anonymized. Personal data contained in contracts, communications, and business correspondence may be subject to statutory retention requirements, in some cases up to 6 years. Any other data will be deleted no later than 3 years after the date of the last cooperation and business contact with the individual. For backup copies of personal data collected for security purposes, longer retention times may apply. However, access to personal data will be limited in such cases. Individuals may also file a complaint with the appropriate personal data protection authority in cases where they believe that their personal data is being misused.
The approval that was granted to the Company for storage and other usage of the personal data may be withdrawn at any time.
All guests have following rights:
- Right of access to data;
- Right to rectification;
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten);
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability; and
- Right to object.
We will be happy to provide you with any further information or to handle your requests for the above rights. These requests may be sent to the Company at the e-mail address given in the heading of this statement.
PROCESSING AND HANDLING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BY GoParadise
- By providing the personal information listed below, you are automatically granting permission to the administrator of the www domain www.GoParadise.cz to process this information within the
guidelines of the Protection Data Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the „Personal Act“): your name and surname or a company name, e-mail, telephone number. - Your name, surname, telephone number and e-mail will be processed and used only for the purposes of serving you in accordance with the functions of this web presentation. This data will be processed by the administrator of the www domains for as long as it is necessary.
- Your permission for the above processing can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email or letter to spoluprace@7lizards.com.
- Processing of personal data is at the very moment done by the administrator of the mentioned www domains only, but in the future, the personal data could also be processed by the co-operating parties mentioned below:
a. Reservation System provider,
b. By other providers of processing software, services and applications, that are not currently used by the company. - Please be aware, that under the Personal Act, you have the right to: cancel the validity of the Personal Act at any time, ask us for information about how we process your personal data, request an explanation, regarding the processing of your personal data, request an access or update of your personal data, require the instant erase of your personal information data file.
We want to assure you, that your Personal Data are carefully treated and they are not archived for a long term, nor we see them as commodity and as such we do not trade them. We use them for needs of our business only, such as sending you offers by email and representing you in registration process with the local police. Your Personal Data are administered only by our own company or with specially trained employee, who is handling them in accordance with the latest EU, GDPR, LOPD and RGDP legislation.
